Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ITView Inspired Learning and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ITView Inspired Learning.
2. Course Enrollment and Fees
- Enrollment in our courses (Java Full Stack, Data Analytics, Power BI) is subject to seat availability and completion of the registration process, including payment of applicable fees.
- All fees are as quoted on the Service or communicated via official channels. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect existing confirmed enrollments.
- Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the course commencement date, unless otherwise stated.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide high-quality training. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the institute.
- Cancellation by Student Before Course Start:
- If a student cancels their enrollment more than 7 days before the scheduled course start date, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable administrative charges (if applicable, max 10% of the course fee).
- If a student cancels their enrollment 7 days or less before the scheduled course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation by Student After Course Start:
- No refunds will be provided once the course has commenced.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergency with valid documentation), a student may request transfer of their enrollment to a future batch, subject to approval by the management and availability. No monetary refund will be provided in such cases.
- Cancellation by Institute:
- ITView Inspired Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, students will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch.
- Refund Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the refund request approval. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or via bank transfer.
4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment during training. ITView Inspired Learning reserves the right to dismiss any student for misconduct without any refund.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our Service and course content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty. Completing a course does not guarantee employment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or enrollment in our courses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
